Our Services
OpsJuice provides AI readiness assessments and advisory services for small-to-medium businesses. Our core offering is a paid AI Assessment, during which we review your business operations and deliver a written report identifying where AI automation can reduce overhead and improve throughput.
Additional services, including implementation support and done-for-you automation builds, are offered on a per-engagement basis and governed by separate written agreements.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to enter into contracts on behalf of your business to use our services. By engaging OpsJuice, you represent that these conditions are met.
Payment
Fees for services are invoiced per engagement and are due as specified in the applicable invoice or checkout page. All prices are in US dollars unless otherwise stated. Payments are non-refundable except where explicitly stated at the time of purchase.
Scope of Advisory Services
OpsJuice provides advisory and assessment services. Our reports and recommendations are based on information you provide and our professional judgment. We are not a licensed law firm, accounting firm, or regulated financial advisor. Our services do not constitute legal, financial, tax, or compliance advice. You are responsible for independently evaluating our recommendations before acting on them.
No Guarantee of Outcomes
Results from implementing AI automation vary by business. We do not guarantee specific cost savings, revenue increases, efficiency gains, or return on investment. Any figures, estimates, or examples provided in our materials are illustrative and not promises of future results.
Intellectual Property
The OpsJuice website, brand, and all original content we create are owned by Echo Collective LLC. Your assessment report is delivered to you for your own business use. You may not resell, sublicense, or reproduce our materials without written permission.
Your Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information during the assessment process
- Use our services only for lawful purposes
- Not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically copy our website or reports
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Echo Collective LLC and its members, employees, and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or business interruption. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms or our services will not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
