Try it on your own numbers
Free, no email. Type your own three numbers and the total updates as you type. Nothing you type leaves this page.
Calls missed, times the share that would have booked, times what one is worth, times 52 weeks. Your own estimate in, your own estimate out.
Does this sound like your week?
- A patient does not show and the slot is lost, because nobody texted the day before.
- The front desk spends the morning on insurance pre-authorizations.
- Patients who were due for a follow-up visit are never contacted.
- A new patient calls at lunch and reaches voicemail.
A sample report for Medical and allied-health clinics
An illustrative example, not a real client report. Yours is written from your call, with 3 to 5 leaks in this shape.
Leak 1 of 5: No-shows
- What is happening
- A patient does not show and the slot is lost.
- The fix
- A confirmation text two days out and a day-before check-in, with a reply to reschedule.
- What the full report adds
- The exact tool, what it costs and what it saves, for your business.
Three ways to start. Pick the one that fits.

The written version, started today. It names the 3 to 5 automations worth building first, the tools, what each costs and what each saves. Report in 48 hours. Refunded if you do not feel it was worth the cost. Credited off your first build: the build is $3,000, so $2,750 after the $250 credit.

- You describe the work. How it flows today, in your own words. Nothing to prepare.
- Adrien names the leaks. Live, while you are on, where time and money are going.
- You leave with a shortlist. The first three things worth automating, whether or not you buy anything.
Questions
Is it really free?
The call is free, with no card and nothing to prepare. The resources on opsjuice.com/free are free too, and they ask for your email. The only paid step is the $250 assessment, and you choose it.
What does the $250 assessment get me, and what if it is not worth it?
A written assessment, in your inbox within 48 hours of the call, that names the 3 to 5 automations worth building first, the exact tools to use, what each one costs and what each one saves. If you do not feel it was worth the cost, email [email protected] and I refund the $250. If we build together afterwards, the $250 comes off your first build.
Does this touch patient health information?
No. OpsJuice does not currently sign business associate agreements, so we do not take patient information. You describe how scheduling, follow-ups and pre-authorizations work, without sharing patient records. If a later build would touch patient information, that part would be scoped separately and would need a vendor that signs a BAA.
Will there be a hard sell on the call?
No. The call is the same whether you buy anything or not. You leave knowing the first three things worth automating.
Can you show me results from other businesses?
On the call I show you what I would build for yours. Nobody has paid for the assessment yet, so I have no client names or results to show. This page prints no figures, so there is nothing to check.
Who runs this?
Adrien Harrison, who built OpsJuice to run his own companies. OpsJuice is Echo Collective LLC, 8 East 96th Street, New York, NY 10128.
