Try it on your own numbers
Free, no email. Type your own three numbers and the total updates as you type. Nothing you type leaves this page.
Calls missed, times the share that would have booked, times what one is worth, times 52 weeks. Your own estimate in, your own estimate out.
Does this sound like your week?
- Every chair is full, the front desk is alone, and a new patient is on hold.
- A new patient calls at lunch and reaches voicemail.
- A treatment plan was presented months ago and nobody followed up.
- Your recall list has patients who are overdue and nobody is contacting them.
In their own words
“Patients who don't get through often call another office, especially new patients.”

An illustrative example, not a real client report. Yours is written from your call, with 3 to 5 leaks in this shape.
Leak 1 of 5: New patient calls while the front desk is busy
- What is happening
- A new patient calls at lunch, reaches voicemail, and books the next practice.
- The fix
- A text goes back within a minute with a booking link for a new-patient visit, and no patient details are needed to book.
- What the full report adds
- The exact tool, what it costs and what it saves, for your business.

Questions
Is it really free?
The call is free, with no card and nothing to prepare. The resources on opsjuice.com/free are free too, and they ask for your email. The only paid step is the $250 assessment, and you choose it.
What does the $250 assessment get me, and what if it is not worth it?
A written assessment, in your inbox within 48 hours of the call, that names the 3 to 5 automations worth building first, the exact tools to use, what each one costs and what each one saves. If you do not feel it was worth the cost, email [email protected] and I refund the $250. If we build together afterwards, the $250 comes off your first build.
Does this change anything clinical?
No. It looks only at the front desk side: new patient calls, hygiene recall, unscheduled treatment plans and insurance questions. Nothing about treatment.
What about insurance questions on the phone?
They are part of the review. The report says which common questions can get a quicker first answer and which need your team.
Is this HIPAA compliant? Do you sign a BAA?
OpsJuice does not currently sign business associate agreements, so we do not take patient information. The assessment runs on what you tell me about how your front desk works, with no patient names, charts or records. If a later build would touch patient information, that part would be scoped separately and would need a vendor that signs a BAA. I would tell you that before you decide anything.
Will there be a hard sell on the call?
No. The call is the same whether you buy anything or not. You leave knowing the first three things worth automating.
Can you show me results from other businesses?
On the call I show you what I would build for yours. Nobody has paid for the assessment yet, so I have no client names or results to show. This page prints no figures, so there is nothing to check.
Who runs this?
Adrien Harrison, who built OpsJuice to run his own companies. OpsJuice is Echo Collective LLC, 8 East 96th Street, New York, NY 10128.
