Try it on your own numbers
Free, no email. The three numbers below are a typical one van contractor, not you. Change any of them and the total updates as you type. Nothing you type leaves this page.
Calls missed, times the share that would have booked, times what one is worth, times 52 weeks. Your own estimate in, your own estimate out.
Does this sound like your week?
- You are on a roof when a homeowner calls about a leak. You let it go to voicemail, and by the time you call back they have booked another roofer.
- It is 9 PM and a furnace has quit. The HVAC caller gets voicemail and tries the next company on the list.
- You are under a sink with both hands wet. A plumbing job rings out, and the customer calls the next name.
- An electrical quote went out on Tuesday. Nobody followed up, so a job you already priced went quiet.
- You finish at 6 PM, then spend the evening on invoices and follow-ups instead of at home.
In their own words
“If they don't answer, the customer will typically just call the next person on the list (Yelp, Google, etc.) and they lose that business.”

In June 2022 the typical trade shop booked 42 percent of its calls into jobs.

An illustrative example, not a real client report. Yours is written from your call, with 3 to 5 leaks in this shape.
Leak 1 of 5: After hours and on-the-tools calls
- What is happening
- A homeowner calls while you are on a job or after 6 PM, reaches voicemail, and rings the next company.
- The fix
- Every missed call gets a text back within a minute asking what is wrong and when they are free, and the job lands in one list for you to confirm.
- What the full report adds
- The exact tool, what it costs and what it saves, for your business.

Questions
Is it really free?
The call is free, with no card and nothing to prepare. The resources on opsjuice.com/free are free too, and they ask for your email. The only paid step is the $250 assessment, and you choose it.
What does the $250 assessment get me, and what if it is not worth it?
A written assessment, in your inbox within 48 hours of the call, that names the 3 to 5 automations worth building first, the exact tools to use, what each one costs and what each one saves. If you do not feel it was worth the cost, email [email protected] and I refund the $250. If we build together afterwards, the $250 comes off your first build.
Does this work for my trade?
The assessment is built around the work of the trades: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing and the rest of home services. On the call you describe how a job flows from the first call to the invoice, and the report names the leaks in your version of it.
I am on the tools all day. When would I do this?
The call is 20 minutes and you can take it from the truck. After that you read one written report. Nothing is installed during the assessment.
Will there be a hard sell on the call?
No. The call is the same whether you buy anything or not. You leave knowing the first three things worth automating.
Can you show me results from other businesses?
On the call I show you what I would build for yours. Nobody has paid for the assessment yet, so I have no client names or results to show. Every figure above links to where it comes from.
