Try it on your own numbers
Free, no email. The three numbers below are a typical one van contractor, not you. Change any of them and the total updates as you type. Nothing you type leaves this page.
Calls missed, times the share that would have booked, times what one is worth, times 52 weeks. Your own estimate in, your own estimate out.
Does this sound like your week?
- You are in an attic in July when the phone rings, and you cannot answer with both hands in the ductwork.
- A heating system fails at 10 PM. The caller will book whoever picks up first.
- Last year's maintenance customers are due again, and nobody has reached out.
- A quote for a new system went out last week and nobody has asked if it still makes sense.
In their own words
“If they don't answer, the customer will typically just call the next person on the list (Yelp, Google, etc.) and they lose that business.”

In June 2022 the typical trade shop booked 42 percent of its calls into jobs. For HVAC the figure was 38 percent.

An illustrative example, not a real client report. Yours is written from your call, with 3 to 5 leaks in this shape.
Leak 1 of 5: No-heat and no-cooling calls that ring out
- What is happening
- A system fails at night or you are in an attic, the call goes to voicemail, and the caller books whoever answers.
- The fix
- A missed-call text goes out at once with two questions, and urgent ones are flagged to your phone so you decide what to take.
- What the full report adds
- The exact tool, what it costs and what it saves, for your business.
Three ways to start. Pick the one that fits.

Questions
Is it really free?
The call is free, with no card and nothing to prepare. The resources on opsjuice.com/free are free too, and they ask for your email. The only paid step is the $250 assessment, and you choose it.
What does the $250 assessment get me, and what if it is not worth it?
A written assessment, in your inbox within 48 hours of the call, that names the 3 to 5 automations worth building first, the exact tools to use, what each one costs and what each one saves. If you do not feel it was worth the cost, email [email protected] and I refund the $250. If we build together afterwards, the $250 comes off your first build.
Is this about the busy season only?
No. The call covers the whole year: summer breakdown calls, winter no-heat calls, maintenance renewals and quote follow-up. The report picks the one gap that costs you most.
Will there be a hard sell on the call?
No. The call is the same whether you buy anything or not. You leave knowing the first three things worth automating.
Can you show me results from other businesses?
On the call I show you what I would build for yours. Nobody has paid for the assessment yet, so I have no client names or results to show. Every figure above links to where it comes from.
