Try it on your own numbers
Free, no email. Type your own three numbers and the total updates as you type. Nothing you type leaves this page.
Calls missed, times the share that would have booked, times what one is worth, times 52 weeks. Your own estimate in, your own estimate out.
Does this sound like your week?
- Your front desk is checking out a client when the phone rings. It goes unanswered.
- A consultation request arrives at 10 PM, and by morning the person has booked elsewhere.
- An appointment is not confirmed, and the slot sits empty.
- A client had a treatment last month and nobody has asked if they want to rebook.
In their own words
“losing clients because front desk is literally one person”
The title of a post on r/MedSpa, r/MedSpa thread
Zenoti says 30 to 35 percent of calls to a salon or spa go unanswered.
This is Zenoti's own claim on the page for its AI receptionist, not an independent study. Zenoti sells the software that answers those calls.Source: Zenoti, AI receptionist pageA sample report for Med spas and aesthetic clinics
An illustrative example, not a real client report. Yours is written from your call, with 3 to 5 leaks in this shape.
Leak 1 of 5: Consultation requests that arrive at night
- What is happening
- A consult request comes in at 10 PM and by morning the person has booked elsewhere.
- The fix
- An instant reply offers two consult times and confirms the booking, and a text goes out the day before.
- What the full report adds
- The exact tool, what it costs and what it saves, for your business.

Questions
Is it really free?
The call is free, with no card and nothing to prepare. The resources on opsjuice.com/free are free too, and they ask for your email. The only paid step is the $250 assessment, and you choose it.
What does the $250 assessment get me, and what if it is not worth it?
A written assessment, in your inbox within 48 hours of the call, that names the 3 to 5 automations worth building first, the exact tools to use, what each one costs and what each one saves. If you do not feel it was worth the cost, email [email protected] and I refund the $250. If we build together afterwards, the $250 comes off your first build.
Do you need access to client records?
No. The call is about how bookings, consultations and rebooking flow through your front desk. You do not hand over client data to get the assessment.
Does this touch patient health information?
No. OpsJuice does not currently sign business associate agreements, so we do not take patient information. You describe how bookings, consultations and rebooking work, without sharing client records. If a later build would touch patient information, that part would be scoped separately and would need a vendor that signs a BAA.
Will there be a hard sell on the call?
No. The call is the same whether you buy anything or not. You leave knowing the first three things worth automating.
Can you show me results from other businesses?
On the call I show you what I would build for yours. Nobody has paid for the assessment yet, so I have no client names or results to show. Every figure above links to where it comes from.
Who runs this?
Adrien Harrison, who built OpsJuice to run his own companies. OpsJuice is Echo Collective LLC, 8 East 96th Street, New York, NY 10128.
