Try it on your own numbers
Free, no email. The three numbers below are a typical one van contractor, not you. Change any of them and the total updates as you type. Nothing you type leaves this page.
Calls missed, times the share that would have booked, times what one is worth, times 52 weeks. Your own estimate in, your own estimate out.
Does this sound like your week?
- It hailed last night and the phone will not stop. You cannot answer 30 calls from a roof.
- A ceiling is leaking after the first storm of the season, and the caller wants a person now.
- An estimate went out and the homeowner is waiting on an adjuster. Nobody has checked back.
- A neighbor sees your truck and asks for a quote, but you do not write it down until later.
In their own words
“Last year we were getting a roof replacement quoted and only 2 out of 5 companies answered my call or called me back.”

In June 2022 the typical trade shop booked 42 percent of its calls into jobs.

An illustrative example, not a real client report. Yours is written from your call, with 3 to 5 leaks in this shape.
Leak 1 of 5: Storm-day call pile-ups
- What is happening
- After a hail event the phone does not stop and most calls reach voicemail.
- The fix
- A text reply collects address, damage and insurance status for every caller so you can work down the list in order.
- What the full report adds
- The exact tool, what it costs and what it saves, for your business.
Three ways to start. Pick the one that fits.

Questions
Is it really free?
The call is free, with no card and nothing to prepare. The resources on opsjuice.com/free are free too, and they ask for your email. The only paid step is the $250 assessment, and you choose it.
What does the $250 assessment get me, and what if it is not worth it?
A written assessment, in your inbox within 48 hours of the call, that names the 3 to 5 automations worth building first, the exact tools to use, what each one costs and what each one saves. If you do not feel it was worth the cost, email [email protected] and I refund the $250. If we build together afterwards, the $250 comes off your first build.
What about storm season, when the calls pile up?
That is one of the first things we look at. The report names what to put in place before the next storm, so the calls you cannot answer are not the ones that were ready to buy.
Will there be a hard sell on the call?
No. The call is the same whether you buy anything or not. You leave knowing the first three things worth automating.
Can you show me results from other businesses?
On the call I show you what I would build for yours. Nobody has paid for the assessment yet, so I have no client names or results to show. Every figure above links to where it comes from.
